Yogalates

Yogalates is a hybrid type of physical activity that combines the ideas and techniques of both yoga and pilates. Yogalates seeks to combine the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening and toning advantages of Pilates to produce a workout that gives the best of both worlds. Classes for yogalates typically last 60 minutes, and they are led by certified instructors who offer advice on correct alignment and adjustments as necessary. Overall, Yogalates is a powerful and comprehensive form of exercise that enhances both physical and emotional well-being by fusing two time-tested disciplines.
